Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

Text messaging privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers that support the firm’s communications, such as our text messaging provider, or as required by law. All other categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and that information will not be shared with any third party.

This Privacy Policy explains how Asadi Law Group, APC (“the firm,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through this website. It does not apply to information the firm receives outside this website or to information about clients the firm represents, which is protected by the firm’s engagement agreements and its professional duty of confidentiality.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the practice area you choose, and your description of the matter. If you call or email the firm, we receive whatever you choose to share.
  • Consent records. When you send the form, we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, the page you sent it from, and the version of the call and text consent wording shown to you, so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information about each visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time.
  • Browser storage. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party tracking tools, social media plug-ins, or advertising pixels. It saves one setting in your browser for the current session: whether you paused the website’s animations. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.

  • With service providers that help us operate the firm and this website, such as website hosting, email, telephone, text messaging, and practice management software providers, only to perform services for us.
  • With other lawyers or law firms, at your direction or with your permission, such as co-counsel or counsel to whom we refer your matter.
  • With the firm’s professional advisors, such as accountants, auditors, and insurers, as needed for the services they provide to the firm.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the firm or others, or to investigate fraud or misuse of this website.
  • If the firm’s practice is combined with or transferred to another law firm, as permitted by the California Rules of Professional Conduct.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, which is operated by Asadi Law Group, APC (“the firm,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

General information, not legal advice

The content on this website is general information about the firm and its practice areas. It is not legal advice, and it may not reflect recent changes in the law or apply to your situation. Talk with a lawyer about your specific facts before you act or decide not to act.

No attorney-client relationship

Using this website, sending the contact form, or calling, emailing, or texting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm represents you only after it has checked for conflicts of interest, agreed to represent you, and confirmed the scope of the engagement in a written agreement signed by you and the firm. Until then, the firm is not acting on your behalf. Legal claims are subject to strict deadlines, and contacting the firm does not stop any deadline from running.

Please do not send confidential information

Limit your first message to the names of the people and businesses involved and a short description of the matter. Please do not send confidential details, documents, medical records, or account numbers until the firm confirms in writing that it represents you.

Calls and text messages

If you send the contact form, you authorize the firm to contact you about your inquiry as described in the consent statement on the form. Text messages from the firm relate to your inquiry, such as scheduling and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent is not a condition of hiring the firm or purchasing any service, and you may withdraw it at any time by any reasonable means. Do not submit a phone number unless you are its subscriber or regular user.

Where our attorneys practice

The firm’s attorneys are licensed to practice law in California. Each attorney’s profile lists that attorney’s admissions. This website is not intended to solicit clients for matters in jurisdictions where the firm’s attorneys are not authorized to practice.

The text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content on this website belong to the firm or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, noncommercial use if you keep all copyright and other notices. Any other use, including any use of the firm’s name or lion emblem, requires the firm’s written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; use automated tools to copy its content or send form submissions; or submit false information or another person’s contact information.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. The firm does not control and is not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The firm does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or your reliance on its general information. This section does not limit any duty the firm owes a client under an engagement agreement, the California Rules of Professional Conduct, or any law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law and venue

California law governs these Terms and your use of this website. Any dispute about these Terms or this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. The revised Terms apply to your use of the website after they are posted.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. The firm’s failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver.
