Daniel has represented small to large sized corporations, partnerships, private equity funds and individual clients in all manner of business-related transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions and commercial agreements.

As a former legal consultant to one of the largest alternative investment managers, and corporate counsel to an Orange County based investment firm, Daniel has extensive experience providing a wide range of corporate, transactional and tax related services to his clients.

He received his Juris Doctor from the Whittier College School of Law in 2015, graduating cum laude with several distinguished honors, and legal certificates in Comparative Business Transactions and Legal Writing. In 2017, Daniel received his post graduate degree, Legum Magister (LL.M.), in Transactional Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
